Public Safety Thanksgiving Feast

Hosted by the senior leadership of the Fayetteville Police Department and supported by the Fayetteville Police Foundation, the Public Safety Thanksgiving Feast brings together members of the Fayetteville Police Department, Fire Department, Sheriff’s Office, 911 Communications, and other public safety partners for a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Held during the Thanksgiving holiday, the event provides an opportunity for those serving our community to enjoy a hearty meal together, fellowship with fellow first responders, and be recognized for their commitment to protecting and serving others.

Why We Host It

Public safety never takes a holiday. While many families gather around their own Thanksgiving tables, countless first responders continue serving our community.

The Public Safety Thanksgiving Feast is our way of expressing gratitude to those who sacrifice time with their own families to ensure the safety of ours. By bringing together agencies from across the public safety community, we celebrate their shared mission, strengthen relationships across organizations, and remind every first responder that their service is deeply valued and appreciated.
